Business-Branded Programs Operated with TMS Tools

Some businesses use TMS tools to run their own text programs, such as loyalty, rewards, reminders, or follow-up messages. These programs are being prepared and are available only to businesses whose text messaging has been registered and approved where carriers require it. For each such program:

The business is the sender and is named in the signup form and in its messages
You join by choosing to opt in on that business’s signup form, which describes the kinds of messages you will receive. Consent is optional, separate from any email signup, and is not a condition of purchase
Message frequency varies by program and is stated at signup. Message and data rates may apply
Reply STOP to stop messages from that business, or HELP for help and the business’s contact details
Your opt-in is shared only with that business and its service providers to operate the program. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes
The business’s own privacy policy and terms also apply
